"Hotel needs investment "

Bed was very hard & woke up with a bad back - wpuld have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Spa area needs improving with the changing rooms dirty. Staff were very welcoming but let down by a lack of investment in the hotel, it took them 5 hrs to find an iron for me.

Outdated bathrooms, frayed bed frames and curtains, dirty carpet. Dirty spa with hair balls in showers. Nice size rooms and closets.

Good location near the Estoril race track. Easy access to Cascais and shopping mall. Disappointing not offer a basic room service. After 11 pm you can’t find a place to eat, and the hotel doesn’t offer room service except for a pizza delivery that is expensive and low quality
