Pestana Sintra Golf Conference & Spa Resort

Although the staff is very friendly, the conditions and cleanliness of the hotel are really bad. The hotel is supposed to be a 4 stars one but it can barely make it to 3 stars. All is dusty, including the rooms, the minibar was super dirty, towels were old, dirty and with holes. On top of that the pools are dirty. Quite disappointing about the hotel to be honest. I would not recommend it at all

Good to have the indoor pool as if you aren’t a golfer, the location isn’t great. Room was clean and comfortable but restaurant food was very disappointing

The rooms were welcoming, clean, peaceful and quiet. I liked the fact that there was a small terrace , with a table Also private parking lot. I hated the old feather pillows, iam allergic and wish they had an alternative in the rooms. The breakfast room had a pleasant decor and breakfast was very good. Staff very nice too, good value for what you get.
