Terrible!!!! AC barely works in the rooms and the beds, in addition to being of very poor quality, have plastic-lined mattresses. Lasted no more than 30 min in Pestana Sintra, explained the situation to the front desk but they refused to refund my reservation and Expedia did not help at all.

"Great family hotel. A shame about the disabled par"

This is an excellent hotel. We have stayed here before several times and will again. The only issue we have is with the disabled parking which has no regulation at all. Perhaps some barrier system like the ones installed on the charging bays could be installed with the key at the deck that can be issue upon showing the blue badge. This is the final piece of the puzzle for us at this hotel. Keep up the good work. We will be back soon

"Great hotel for family"

We were a family of four. Our room was on the second floor. Two twin beds and a double sofa bed were excellent for what we needed. The restaurant was nice buffet and a small snack menu was adequate for our needs. Great pool. Beware if you need the disabled parking spaces as other guests have no respect and the hotel does not police this either. But all in all a great hotel we will be staying again soon.

"Good hotel for relaxation with Car"

It was alright, if you don’t have car you will not be able To enjoy your vacation. You must visit Cascais is a small city near the hotel just 10 km by car Lisbon 30 km from the hotel
