Hampton Inn Troy

Location

Hotel needs to be updated. The hotel lobby and room had a moldy odor. The elevator floor/tile was broken into pieces and had to be removed. The hotel receptionist was hardly ever available.

The room 134 needed attention. The door’s strike plate was missing. The top sheet was missing (the comforter insert had a partial top only duvet cover so it needed a top sheet.) The bathtub is in need a a good scrub. The bathtub ring and bottom looked like someone caked in dirt had taken a bath. I did not take a shower in it. The upside was the staff who are very attentive and cordial.

Nothing will not stay there again They gave us 1 room garbage cans full shower dirty Gave us a room smell was bad Gave us a room I had to go to front desk to get clean sheets and change them myself I booked 3 rooms and they credit me for one.l am a Hilton member And have never been disappointed as this.

Everything lack of Workers If it wasn’t so late at night I would Have moved to another Hotel Under your 100% policy I feel I should be credited for the other two rooms

Breakfast

From the time I got there the girl woman at the front desk wasn't real friendly and I called before and the wouldn't let me use my hilton honors because I went thru booking .then we got into our room my son cut his leg on a metal piece sticking out up the sheets we told the lady at the front and she said because we booked thru booking she couldn't refund our money and there was blood in the bathroom tub not clean at all very disappointed. I would of thought she would went out of her way to make it right but nothing.
