"Fraudulent charges"

First of all I booked my room on Priceline, and when I arrived at the property I was asked for a card for incidentals which was fine but the girl accidentally charged my card twice, the next day the front desk manager Kayla made it right, but the next day after I left I started see all kinds of charges and refunds the following day I had 3 charges posted not pending for a total of $260.80 Mistakes happen but they are denying it and I have proof from my bank and I even emailed tne manager this morning with the proof. She hung up on me and now refusing to take my calls.

The ladies at front desk were nice and smiling. The text messages were nice.

One of the cooks wouldn't allow adults to make their own waffles. She was sweet to us at the same time.

I stayed at the Troy, AL, Hampton Inn on Sept. 21. It was a great experience. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. The free breakfast prepared by Joyce was the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely return.
