Hotel Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows

The green area, swimming pools, the food was wonderful, so many different dishes. Also the extra activities like the shows were great. The 2 ladies in reception, Chadha and Amel were friendly and helpful, too. Also the beds were big and great.

There was only 1 bottle of water for your whole duration. Also chairs and some places looked a bit rusty and old also there was veey few plugs in the room and the TVs were so old

Assolutamente niente

The hotel exceeded expectations! The resort structure was huge, very well organized, and had direct access to the beach, which made the experience even better. There was a great variety of food every day, with many different options to choose from. The pools were amazing as well, with several areas to enjoy and relax. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view.

the room and bathroom cleaning could definitely be better. There were only chairs available on the beach, but no umbrellas, and the beach lounges looked abandoned and poorly maintained. The parking area was also very limited. I also felt that the outdoor areas of the hotel were quite dark at night, especially the beachfront bungalows area, which could use better lighting.

La playa privada una delicia. Desayuno y cena muy buenos ! Completisimp y comida de calidad.

Como todo gran hotel no es muy tranquilo y relajante .

Struttura molto bella , zona abbastanza centrale ,per essere in tunisia si mangia benino ,buffet molto grande

La stanza bungalow sul mare , era bella ,l unico problema che sono troppo attaccate,il muretto laterale dovrebbe essere più lungo per avere un po di privacy e ci sono troppi insetti

Las instalaciones exteriores, piscinas, centeo de Thalasso. Muy buena atención del personal en especial la recepcionista Amel.

Le falta mantenimiento y actualixacion a las habitaciones y baños.
