Beautiful hotel. Parking is a little problematic. Staffing needs to be a little less involved in guest activities. I felt a little too observed, but it is a wonderful hotel.

"Hidden Gem of San Francisco "

This place was a blast into the tradition of old San Francisco. It was an amazing stay, great service and people. The breakfast was stellar. We will absolutely stay here every time we go to San Francisco. From now on.
