Love staying at The Inn. The authenticity of the building is mind-boggling in its preservation and decor. Guests can actually feel how the Victorians lived in such magnificent beauty. Marty and his staff are wonderful—friendly, fun, and professional. Breakfast is beautifully presented, with much variety, and attention to detail. The 24-hour access to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water was super.

The bathroom floor could use a good bleach scrub, and the dust removed from the heater in the wall. However, the tub area and sink were very clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only the bedspread was tired, and shed lint onto our clothes.

The Inn San Francisco is perfect location in the Mission district. The old Victorian is charming and cozy. Our room was clean, nice size and warmly decorated. The breakfast was good and available between 7am - 11am accommodating both early and late risers. The common silting rooms are inviting. The back garden area was lovely, and has a nice hot tub! Highly recommend this BnB.

The property was really cool as it was an historic building with a lot of old-world charm. The landscaping outside was beautiful and it was very peaceful. The breakfast each morning was very good and was my favorite part of the stay.

The location was fine, but I did feel a bit uncomfortable walking alone at night in the neighborhood. The building could have been cleaner. The hot tub outside was nice temperature-wise, but the jets were not functioning and it was not very clean. The old top was nice, but it felt like they didn’t tend to it very often as the furniture was very dirty and dusty. It was more of a place to stay for the vibes and the experience rather than the amenities and cleanliness.
