SpringHill Suites Portland Airport

Free airport shuttle was key and prompt. The lobby was clean and the ice water with the fruit was good. Didn’t use the pool or workout room, but they were located on the bottom floor and looked fine. Our room was decent size, the couch folded out to a comfortable sleeper, but the closet door couldn’t open all the way due to the nightstand which was locked in by the very heavy platform bed. The bed was comfortable, and all the furnishings and bathroom fixtures were in great shape and looked new. The free breakfast had a little of everything, except the orange juice was not working 3 of the 4 days we were there, and there were bananas only on the first day. The price they Hotels.com was affordable.

The staff on duty when we checked in and when we checked (one woman was the same). They were welcoming, courteous and professional.

Room was nice and clean. Staff at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Front desk staff could improve on friendliness. Parking was horrible. Apparently the parking lot on the north side of the property doesn’t belong to the hotel so you can’t park there.. I had to move my car and the only spot available was way on the other side of the adjacent Best Western hotel. There is no signage on the north side of the Spring Hill suites that says you can’t park there. I only found this out as the unfriendly front desk person asked me where I parked and then abruptly told me I had to move my car.

All is good as always

The hotel was fine. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good with enough options. The gym was nice with weights and cardio machines. It was a rough check-in due to the timing of our flight (in the middle of the night), but it was ok. It was weird that the stairs did not lead to the lobby floor.

No AC in the hallways, everything else was amazing!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Suite looked nice, but couch was very uncomfortable. The beds were harder than hotel average. Breakfast was okay, but everything was cold, even scrambled eggs. Seating looked clean, but was uncomfortable. I really wanted to like this place, but won’t be returning

Everything was great !

It was so noisy - the noise from the road outside was so much that it felt like you were sleeping outside. The AC rattled and the toilet flush made so much sound refilling the tank. The breakfast was the worst
