Lovely Spacious room with a nice view. Very comfortable bed & pillows. The best I've ever slept in at any hotel! Air conditioning was excellent, we stayed here during the heatwave & the AC was a godsend. Staff were very welcoming & nice. Coffee was fab from the bar. Breakfast was fab also!

The shuttle bus to & from the park was absolute bedlem at times. People squashing on when they should have just waited for the next bus. I felt very sorry for parents with small children & buggies, there should be a separate bus for them!
