I loved This hotel’ I will definitely recommend This and I am glad I choose this hotel to stay Amazing staff spoke They all speak English But The shuttle service that’s offered by Dream castle was horrendous to the point it put me off ever using this service There was Adults having aggressive altercations children being squashed which im surprised This is a health & safety issue There’s no limit on this bus so people would keep squeezing them self on I saw children crying and A disabled person in a wheel chair being fallen on were everyone is pushing each other I I didn’t realise until it was to late I would put a member of staff on this bus as it is service offered by This hotel and it can ruin the experience but after learning This I used a taxi

otel genel anlamda konforlu değil idi.. mini bar bomboş odalarda su bile yok. katlardaki makinalardan su aliyorsunuz.. barından gece 10.30 da su istediğinizde size kapadık diye cevap veriyorlar.güzel bir bahçesi var ama akşamları demir sandalyelerde oturmak keyifli olmuyor..odalarda ne diş firçası ne terlik var..disneye ringi var.. bir daha kalırmıyım ? sanmam..

Perfekt läge och ett väldigt fint hotell. Härlig omgivning och bra pooler. Frukosten var god.

Dyr mat och inte så många valmöjligheter.

We recently stayed in a double room, and it was a decent size—even with four adults, we didn’t feel overly cramped. The Highlights: The swimming pool is absolutely huge, which was a fantastic bonus. Also, the shuttle service to and from Disneyland was incredibly convenient and made our park days stress-free. Room for Improvement: The breakfast was just average. It gets the job done before a long day, but don't expect anything spectacular.

Our room had not been cleaned at all. We were assured that someone would attend to our room and provide fresh towels and toilet paper. We explicitly stated that simply providing supplies was not acceptable and that proper housekeeping service was expected. After a long and tiring day, the room had still not been cleaned. Instead, we found three towels, three bedsheets, and two rolls of toilet paper left on top of the bed, which is completely unacceptable. This gave the impression that guests are expected to make their own beds and service their own room—something that is entirely inconsistent with the standards of a 4-star hotel. In addition to this, we were deeply concerned to witness a group of ladies directly in front of the reception area playing cards with visible money on the table while smoking vape, despite the hotel clearly promoting itself as a smoke-free establishment. This behaviour was not addressed by staff, and children were present in the lobby, exposed to this inappropriate environment. This reflects a serious lack of enforcement of your own policies and a disregard for guest comfort and safety.

Piscine extérieure et petit dej

L’insonorisation de notre chambre et le fait que les gens puissent manger des pizzas, frites à la piscine , environnement très sale et pas adapté à une piscine

L’emplacement très bien, la literie vraiment top la piscine bien

La Clim qui crache de la fumée car filtre plein de poussière voir photo si dessous heureusement un technicien super pro nous a changé le filtre Les joints de salle de bain vraiment pas top voir photo Le ticket pour parking qui ne fonctionne jamais changer deux fois avec parking payant La première personne qui nous a réceptionné le matin aucun professionnalisme nous a trop fait payer heureusement que l’après-midi une collègue a lui àen est aperçu Les trace s sur les mur de la chambre et le top un trou dans la porte d’entrée de notre chambre Déçu pour un 4 étoiles

Le hall est joli

Nous sommes en pleine canicule et ils ne mettent pas la climatisation. C’est honteux !! Température extérieure : 40 °C. La salle de jeux pour les enfants est à plus de 30 °C à l’intérieur, sans clim ! Le hall n’est pas climatisé, seulement les chambres, et encore, au minimum. Je veux bien parler d’écologie, mais pas en période de canicule extrême avec 40 °C ! C’est vraiment honteux ! La nourriture n’est pas bonne. Les coussins pour dormir, je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie ! Ils sont tellement durs et épais que le cou ne touche même pas le matelas. J’ai dû dormir avec une serviette de bain en guise d’oreiller, qui en plus sentait mauvais ! L’odeur dans les chambres et dans le restaurant laisse aussi à désirer. Petite pensée au personnel de ménage et du restaurant, qui est très gentil et travaille dans des conditions difficiles, sans climatisation. Ne venez pas si vous recherchez un minimum de qualité, et surtout, à bannir en période d’été et de canicule.
