A reggeli gyakorlatilag minősíthetetlen. Az étterem mérete alulméretezett a létszámhoz. A választék igen szegényes, az ételek íze minősíthetetlenül rossz. A rántotta olyan, mintha porból készült volna, ehetetlen. Valami kolbász szerűséget adnak mellé, amink döghús íze van. Van még pár zöldség, meg felvágottak. A vacsora svédasztalos, de külön kell érte fizetni egy kisebb vagyont. Leves nincs. A szobában szükséges lett volna fűtés, mert pont egy hidegebb időszakot fogtunk ki, de konkrétan hideg levegő jött a faincoil ból. A "wellness részleg" egy medencéből és egy kis 4 személyes pezsgőfürdőből áll, a víz hideg volt benne. Az árak irreálisan magasak.

El hall es grande y bonito. La piscina exterior es muy cómoda. Las habitaciones están bien insonorizadas, permiten descansar muy bien. El autobús que lleva a Disneyland recoge pasajeros de 5 hoteles, siendo este justo el del medio, lo que hace que sea más fácil poder subir y bajar del autobús. Los del primer y último hotel se encuentran muchas veces el bus completo y no pueden subir.

El desayuno es muy escaso y limitado. El baño de la habitación es un tanto anticuado. No hay nada en los alrededores del hotel.
