The location was ok.

No hot water during our stay in very hot weather, not good

Location was good

There was no hot water. So when showering it was ice cold, apparently they’ve been out of hot water for a few days

Nothing it was very dated

It was dated the room absolutely stunk of old smoke all my clothes smelt the morning after Didnt sleep well at all

The staff and views were both amazing.

However. We had no hot water, so we were unable to have a shower. We had to boil the kettle to fill the sink to have a wash. Also the toilet was constantly running. Even with the bathroom door shut it was so loud I couldn't sleep. The Aircon wasn't fantastic. I was disappointed and for how much it cost it wasn't worth the money. I can't see myself staying here again unfortunately.

Room, comfort, grand entrance easy access.

Breakfast, limited choice for low sugar. Eggs bendict was cold

The location was just what we wanted.

I honestly don’t recall anything that I can put my finger on as to criticism.

Air conditioning broke and had to change room and no hot water in the whole hotel for the duration of the stay

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel on 20 June 2026. One of the basic amenities expected from a hotel of this standard—a functioning water heater—was unavailable throughout my stay. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, including visiting the reception desk in person, no effective solution was provided, nor was any alternative arrangement offered. As a paying guest, I expected a reasonable standard of service and prompt attention to such a fundamental issue. Unfortunately, the lack of response left me feeling ignored, shortchanged, and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Given that the service provided fell significantly below expectations. I hope management will take this complaint seriously and resolve the matter promptly.
