Nothing was too much trouble

No hot water, cistern was constantly flowing and air-con was temperamental

Still havent been paid back my £50 room deposit

Breakfast was the nicest part. Filling and not too busy. Staff were lovely however, one or 2 seemed inexperienced.

When we arrived, the first room we were given had not been cleaned. Previous occupants room service tray was outside the door. When we entered, the bins had been used, the previous occupants key card booklet and receipts were on the dressing table. The bed cover was neat however, the pillows were all over, the bed had clearly been slept in and there was a half drank bottle of water on the bedside table. They gave us a new room which had been cleaned. The ice machine did not work so could not keep drinks cold and the bed was 2 singles pushed together but they were different heights. Not comfortable and would not return again. It is a shame as it’s in a great location. Tv could also do with an upgrade

Paid a £50.00 deposit which I haven't received back after 5 days.

No fridge. Only 2 pillows. And no dressing cown
