Radisson Blu Hotel, Liverpool

Great location, easy to find.

The heat. My room was like a fiery furnace even though I had the air con on max. It didn’t seem to work properly so I didn’t sleep a wink. Breakfast was sweltering. Though in fairness we are in the middle of a heat wave. Two plug sockets over the desk didn’t work which was frustrating when I thought I’d been charging my phone for half an hour.

Clean, friendly staff

When we first got there we couldn’t shower as there was no hot water. Our room had no air conditioning and the lock was broken on the door, complained at reception, very helpful and immediately changed room rooms. Had to wait for beds to be changed to singles so went out. When we returned this room also had no aircon, over 26 degrees during the night. Been offered 20%refund by reception but haven’t seen it yet, also waiting for my £50 room deposit too

price- room size performance did not match. there was no hot water. because of the damage at the pipeline, they refunded %20 my payment. But i did not like this. I had my return flight. I could not have a chance to get shower before leaving from the hotel. I did not like the hotel performance. Because it was not radisson blu's quality.

Room was nice and cool in the heat. Position was great for Albert Dock and the waterside. All the staff were friendly and happy to help. Public areas were clean and smart.

Room was a bit dusty. Although no fault of theirs the boiler had broken down so we had no hot water. It may have been useful if one of the options had been to transfer to the Radisson Red. Options we were given a 20% discount if we wanted to stay or a full refund.
