Mirage Inn & Suites

The service and people that works there was extremely rude. I ask why the refrigerator does not work and they yell at me and told me to leave. Very bad customer service. The parking space are very small. The hotel smell real bad right when I walked in to lobby. I would not recommend to stay there. And, I never will booked a room there again. What a bad experience I ever had on a vacation.

Very noisy. Walls are thin. Bed sucked. I didn’t even stay the full night.

Very clean room. Easy check in and the staff were very friendly. About exactly what we needed for a quick stay!

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in years. I was screamed at by the owner for my service dog being in the room at 7 am the morning after my sisters massive brain surgery. We slept in the room for a total of one night and maybe 4 hours. He threatened to charge more and said it didn’t matter that she had a vest to him she’s just a pet. Ironic that he waited for no men to be around to scream and yell at me. It’s really too bad.

Internet was spotty. The room had an overwhelming smell. I am guessing their cleaning products were the culprit . But the worst was there was a tsunami warning and due to our recent trauma with evacuations and fire we left. They would not refund the last night of our stay.

The room was clean. Just had basic tv no cable or streaming available. But at the price all you should expect is a clean room in a safe environment and you can get that at the mirage.

The hotel itself was fine. The owner is toxic though. I tried getting the wifi password again after the original paper was lost and whom I assume to be the owner made it out like I personally insulted his existence. You'll get better service at a bottom of the barrel motel 8. I NEVER write reviews and this guy made me go out of the way to write one. Why did he get into hospitality just to have a stick up there?
