Lion Square Lodge

Great location, clean, really nice restaurant at the property (too bad they do not serve breakfast). A couple of things were broken or missing in the room on arrival but fixed quickly. Lack of covered parking (valet service optional). Helpful, polite staff.

There were a couple of small issues that needed repair, but maintenance was all over it. The front desk staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. And the location and wildlife viewing were superb.

The property was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. The people working at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant.

Location location location! Loved the Aveda toiletries. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Staff was a;was always courteous. Room was wonderful. It was not large, but there was a nice sofa where we could sit. Bed was tremendous - outstanding. Very nice lodge. Wifi was flawless. View from our room was terrific. Being on the first floor,we could walk out and sit in chairs looking at the river an mountains. I was surprised that there is no air-conditioning on the property, but frankly we did not need it. I do not know how hot it might get here, but weather was perfect here in July 2019. Flowers everywhere are spectacular. The pool and two hot tubs were excellent, clean and quite accessible. The on-premises restaurant was not particularly inviting. Prices were reasonable. This lodge is clearly a time-share operation. Per night room charges were significant, but in line with the other comparable facilities. I would be happy to return again to this property.

Great location and great hotel for a Vail vacation. I recommend this hotel highly.

Beautiful Condo. TV in each bedroom and in main family room

This is a great location for Vail at any time of year. Close to restaurants and the shuttle. Steps from the ski lift.
