location, cleanliness, staff, beds were great. nice ambiance in lobby area.

there was roof repair gioing on so noisy at times. complimentary breakfast was not great. there was a wall fireplace in our room but it didnt work!!

We had a wonderful evening and would stay here again if staying overnight in Orillia

Very small room we were in the basement very noisy

clean and good location. it did the job.... needed a place to stay.

breakfast was all on disposable plates and was mediocre at best... room was very small and the window was small and the person who greeted us was a bit impatient with me

Excellent location.

Traffic very noisy. Our room was ground level right by the street.

It was a beautiful property, very unique and close to stores and food

the only issues we had was the parking, we had to park in a parking lot with drug addicts touching the stuff in the back of our truck, and the side of our bed had something sticking out from it that seemed to be broken, my husband hit his leg off of it a few times not realizing it was there.

Loved the beds the walk in shower, friendly staff,pillows ,the room was very comfortable

Location!! Newly refurbished room!

There must have been dust on the heating system ! When we arrived we turned on the fan and heater and there was a burning smell for about 10 minutes before it seemed to stop.
