"They hire thieves"

Well, last year my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We returned with our son the following year (2026). Well, this trip ended with an employee entering our room without our request to replace towels when we had already had them replaced in the morning ours. At 1:32 p.m. an employee entered our room and stole some items. When I returned to my room and realized the items were missing I reported it. Staff to include the director of operations allegedly looked “all over the premises to include the trash” and did not locate said items. Then this director of operations had the audacity to claim we lost them. Now, I’m having to return home without my belongings and compensation. Apparently, they prefer to file an insurance claim and protect their employee. We will not be returning. Find some where to stay.

The resort is always clean and the staff are excellent.

Some units tend to be more noisy than others. But overall better than a hotel stay.

"Poor service"

Arrived at 9:30 am with 2 5 year old grandkids. I asked if we can get into our room a little earlier than 4 pm check in. I was told we would be notified when room was ready. At 3 pm. , I asked if our room was ready, and was told waiting for inspection. For the next 45 minutes I watched guest checking in and receiving rooms. At 3:45 I walked up and talked to a guest checking in for their two bedroom. He told me he arrived at noon, was not a member, yet he was given his room. Why was he ahead of us. At 4pm. I was told housekeeping was just now moping floors in our assigned room. This front desk did nothing to help us. I cancelled my vacation club seminar, due to overall poor customer service. They did nothing technical incorrect, but did not go above and beyond for a world Hyatt member of 30 years. I reached out to GM Brien Kramer via email, and he has ignored my request for discussion. Now I understand why this property does not prioritize service following GM example. Lastly, when I checked out the next morning, I was later sent a text thanking us for our stay and would be receiving a concierge gift at checkout which I never received.More examples of a poorly run property.

"Beautiful nut Needs Help but could be amazing."

Very pretty but lots of silly downsides. First no one monitors anything. I’m pretty sure some of the people at pool didn’t belong they didn’t have Hyatt pool towels. Seems they’ve been here just come use pools. Lazy river has more people swimming in there which shouldn’t be allowed many empty tubes making it hard Says no outside food or drinks everyone had stuff even drinking in lazy river. Our room was nice but had smell of water I got a plug in the dish towel smelled like it was left in wash too long and dried next day. Screens in lanai ripped so no seeums were eating us. Ice cube maker only made 10 cubes microwave light was not working over stove. Worst is you have a beating lanai but we had people who brought a dog that didn’t belong not a service dog because one they do t bark unless they need to. Number 2 if they needed it the dog wasn’t with them. Dog continuously barked called desk day one nothing happened. Day 2 same room was located dog barking they called the people who they said didn’t respond. I believe this timeshare owes me a few free days if I’m in area again. Rooms should be checked when clean. As far as lanai could y use it first two days due to dog mostly and the no serums. With a little more visitor and pool monitoring and rooms being checked for repairs and definitely fine people that sneak in dogs that are not service dogs should be fined since it ruined my trip needs sprucing up doors need paint mirrors need replacing door handle shown was gross micro light out ice maker needs fixing screen ripped. If you are spending all your time by pool it’s beautiful help is all one nicer than next. Myself I’d go back to Marriott crystal shores on Marco. Quiet porches with privacy clean updated on beach. Couldn’t get in so tried here. Very beautiful but needs some help

"West coast hidden gem"

We are so glad to have found this property. Has the feel of an Orlando timeshare style property, outside of the Orlando crowds. Spectacular pool complex. My teen sons were entertained for days! Exceeded our expectations for an on roerty lazy river. My only complaint would be food and bevwrage seeemed understaffed and the hours available were limited. No action past 7pm. Will stay again. Also, best sofa bed i have ever seen.
