The kids loved the arcade room but the adults felt it was too expensive. If you make it less you could make it up in volume

Our family had an amazing vacation at this HICV resort in Cape Canaveral, FL. The resort has three different buildings on the property, so depending on your priorities you will want to take that into consideration when booking your stay. The main building where you check-in has the large pool and lazy river. It also contains the restaurant, fitness center, and arcade. However, this building is the furthest from the beach and would require about a 10 minute walk on the property's boardwalk. The second building is closer to the beach and is only about a five minute walk. What's nice about this building is it has its own private pool, which is where we spent a few hours each afternoon after returning from the beach. The third building is right on the beach and is perfect for anyone whose sole intention is to get as much beach time as possible. This building does not have a pool, so if you're looking for any pool time you would have to walk back to the main building. That being said, HICV does run a shuttle service between all three buildings. We were very pleased with our villa. It was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The only issue we had with our villa was the internet connectivity. Several times throughout the day we would be unable to connect to the internet, which was more of an annoyance than anything. We ate at the restaurant on property twice and were happy with both meals. The fitness center was pretty nice and had enough equipment to help you maintain your workout routine while on vacation. From the beach we were able to watch a rocket launch from NASA. The resort itself is only about a 20 minute drive from Kennedy Space Center and perhaps a 50 minute drive to Orlando. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

It was very clean and spacious for three adults. Everything was well prepared.

The AC, fridge, and bathroom vent were incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep without turning them off.
