"Fantastic vacation! We enjoyed time in the resort. And at the Kennedy Space Center which close by."

The resort exceeded my expectations! Our villa was clean, furniture was in good condition. We had two maintenance requests that were fixed within less than an hour. We had miscommunication with the vacation desk representative. However, the front desk helped us to resolve the issue. They are nice and very professional. Thank you for update with Falcon 9 launch schedule. This was helpful as well. The pools area is spacious, our kids enjoyed it so much! Also, it is close to a pier from where we had a very good visual of Falcon 9 launch.

Vacations desk representative called multiple times, trying to sell us something. That was distracting.

Just a nice family hotel, nice swimming pool, activities, beach. ideal location next to the cruise port and cape canaveral for viewing rocket launches.

Room needs a bit of an update.. But we didn't spend much time in the room.
