Holiday Inn Club Vacations Cape Canaveral Beach Resort

Loved waking up to sunrise over the ocean each day. The furniture is dated, we had fruit flies in the unit upon arrival, that stayed with us the whole week - very annoying. The bed was too soft. The pools were wonderful, plenty of chairs and tables. The cafe was very good and reasonably priced, too!

The hotel was large and the swimming pools were good. Access to the beach was easy. The self catering facilities were good. Bathroom was large and quite modern

The living area was dark as there was little natural light. No private outside space. Ok for an overnight stay but I wouldn’t like it for any longer

Had the hotel been up to par and free of roaches the stay would have been lovely. The pool area looks great, unfortunately we had to check out after only a few hours of being at the hotel since our villa had German cockroaches and the alternative room we were offered smelled heavily of marijuana.

After being on the road for 20 hours and ready to get some rest it was disappointing to find German cockroaches in our room. We were offered another room and upon entering to ensure there were not roaches in the room it was found the room smelled heavily of marijuana and was not suitable for our daughter with asthma. We were left having to leave the hotel around 11pm and find somewhere else to stay. We were able to secure one of the last available rooms in the area at Homewood Suites. It is a shame this hotel was not up to standards as they have great amenities available to guests. We had to make several calls to the hotel and Booking to get this issue resolved and have a refund issued. Last week the hotel manager, Skylar, ensured we would receive a full refund and agreed to our request. However, today we called the hotel when Booking notifed us the hotel was not responding to their request for the refund. After the call the refund was immediately released. I am curious why it took another call when we have called and Booking has attempted to make contact. We will never stay at this hotel again and recommend others steer clear!

It was like an apartment I really loved the resort

We loved being able to walk to the beach and have the ability to hop on the tram for a quick ride to anywhere we wanted to go

Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent rrstaurant on site.

Away from most restaurants.
