Lots to do Arcade for kids was great!!! Nice access to beach from a walkway Really nice family resort They are trying hard and it shows! Food at restaurant was great Didn’t nickel and dime you Sports courts , mini good , water slide , game room all free!! A great destination before or after a cruise for sure Washer / dryer We had a great stay

Very dated

I didn't have a room, my reservation was cancelled and I was further inconvenience by a staff member who insisted if I wasn't staying at the vacation club, I will have to go. I flew into Orlando took a shuttle service and found the reservation was cancelled by booking.com. contacted them, call disconnected 2 times.

I didn't like the further inconvenience to leave the lobby to go nowhere. Through no fault if my own the reservation was cancelled and I had no more funds or place to go. I had a cruise the next day but roamed around until the following day of my cruise because a staff member insisted that I must leave, during a Very cold night storm.I spoke to the security officer Abt what I experienced there.

Close to beach, nice pool area

Called for a late check out and was authorized until 11. Went to breakfast and when we came back the guy was cleaning our room at 10:15. Had our food that was in the fridge open on the counter and was throwing it out.

Only has one restaurant and closes at 9pm

It does have a nice pool, but that’s it, nothing else about this hotel good.

No windows in hotel room. We travelled 4,000 miles from Scotland only to be allocated a very dirty room with a large old noisy boiler in the room. Good in restaurant is just like typical American diner food.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!************************We booked the Holiday Inn Vacations Cape Canaveral in January and were told we'd need to pay $200 for the room and would receive a $200 Visa card after we attended a 120 minute presentation of their timeshare property. I scheduled it months in advance and received an email confirmation. The check in went fine. The day of the tour we showed up 30 minutes early for our tour. We waited for about 20 minutes, then our "rep" came to get us and took us to a table and asked us questions for over half an hour. They asked us about vacationing, family and our bills. It was actually a little too personal and it seemed like the lady was really prying into our personal business. After that we watched a short video on their properties. We came out and they sat us at another table alone. The sales "manager" Heather walked up to us and told us that she was canceling our tour because we had plans for the rest of the day. I explained to her the same thing I told the sales rep, we had allowed the 120+ minutes for the tour and then we had a cruise after that. She said that they needed more time for questions and the presentation and we could not have any other commitments. This was after we were kept there for 90 minutes of questions and the video. She said they'd need to remove us and I told her that's fine, but I am still expecting my $200 reimbursement as promised. The "sales director" came up to us and asked us to go outside! It was terrible customer relations! They directed my husband and I outside on a railing and said we were dismissed and they could not finish the tour since we had other commitments that day!?!? I was shocked and upset, but did not want to keep going around and around with the 2 of them. Needless to say we left and never received any reimbursement for our payment. I WILL NEVER STAY ON THEIR PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER HOLIDAY INN RELATED AFTER THIS RUDE EXPERIENCE! I do NOT recommend booking as they are very rude people! The check in people at the hotel were very kind, so we were misled.
