This was a really nice place to stay. The living room and kitchen were very nice, kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice also. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Review: Wonderful stay! We stayed in a two-bedroom villa that included a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, TV, sofa, very comfortable beds, and a spacious balcony. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a family stay. The pool and water park were amazing for the kids, fun and safe. The hotel environment was peaceful, cozy, and ideal for relaxing. I especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, who were always helpful and attentive. The manager on duty was also extremely kind and supportive when we needed assistance. I would absolutely stay here again, but next time I will book directly with the hotel or through a different platform—not Booking.com. Highly recommended!

My experience with Booking.com was extremely disappointing. When I booked, I was offered and charged an additional $100 for breakfast. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they do not offer breakfast at all. The restaurant is run by a third party, and the hotel has repeatedly asked Booking.com to stop advertising that service, since they have no control over it. I had to spend over 6 hours of my vacation on the phone with Booking.com. First, I spoke with Giovanni, who was polite but couldn’t resolve anything, even after speaking directly with the hotel manager. We were on the call for nearly 2 hours, and since there was no solution, I requested to escalate the matter to a supervisor. Then I was transferred to someone who identified himself as Walter Rivera, the supposed supervisor. That call lasted around 3.5 hours, and it was incredibly frustrating. He kept placing me on hold for long periods, seemingly to make me hang up. At one point, he even rudely said: “I’m going to hang up because this call doesn’t make sense.” I insisted that, as a customer, I had the right to be heard and treated with respect, and only then did he continue the call. Ultimately, no solution was provided. They only filed a complaint and promised a response within 24 hours—which never came. To make matters worse, the follow-up email asking me to rate the service came from someone named “Alexis,” not Walter Rivera, raising serious concerns about the credibility and transparency of Booking.com’s customer service. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket for breakfast for my group of 7 (including 3 small children), even though I had already paid for it in advance. The hotel manager, witnessing the situation, kindly offered us a $30 voucher as a gesture of goodwill, but clarified that they do not control what Booking.com offers or charges. After years of being a loyal Booking.

Loved the location as we had some that was going on a cruise. Love that the property has a shuttle that runs

This is a beautiful resort with some nice amenities. The resort was not nearly to capacity and they chose to put me in a room right next to loud pressure washer maintenance that began early in the morning. After hours of the maintenance not stopping, I searched for a room elsewhere to get some desperately needed sleep. While checking out, I noted my concern and the staff offered a room in a quieter area of the resort. IF YOU KNEW THAT YOU HAD SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, YOU SHOULD HAVE PALCED YOUR GUESTS AWAY FROM IT IN THE FIRST PLACE IF YOU HAD ROOMS AVAILABLE!!! The resort also charged a nominal resort fee on top of high rates.

I love that it’s literally across the street from the port we were shipping out of. If you are flying, you definitely can just walk across the road and get into the port. Family friendly and plenty to do with the kids. Food was delicious.

Free breakfast was mentioned online but I couldn’t find where that was available.
