"Location is good but property unacceptable very poor"

The location is perfect for Mt Fuji view, close to family mark , Lawson and lots of restaurants

House needs to refurbish and deep cleaned before rental, we found ants in bed . Bed heads , plastic plant and TV table , furniture etc…. very dusty. Sleepers are TOO dirty, unacceptable. Lots of dirty marks in sofas and cushions . Massage chair should remove as it is not working properly.

Mountain View are so beautiful very clean and suitable for group trips Furthermore I like to use massager chair that will not be able to use even hotel So I recommend Ma Maison Mt.Fuji Thanks you 🩷

Toothbrush was not enough one person for 2 nights And Air conditioner remote had a little problem may be low power

Location-near to 24hours shops and easy to find the property. Scenic surrounding and peaceful.

Very lovely place for family. Only 2mins walk to Family mart and 5mins walk to Lawson. Very good location and direct see Mount Fuji when you open the main door.

We loved waking up to the beautiful view of Mount Fuji and relaxing on the amazing massage chair. The house is huge, it was great having so much space.

The process to use the keybox of Japanese does not explain in the mesaage how to check in.
