Good communication, all worked flawlessly, extremely good value for money.

Only negative is you have to walk 20 min for the station.

Perfect location. We can see Mt. Fuji right right in front of the house and balcony. Donki store was just 1-min driving distance. The house was clean and spacious. There was a massage chair but pity that we did not have time to enjoy.

The slippers provided were a bit dirty and finally we did not use it.

the view of Mount Fuji from the town and this property is stunning on a Clea day. The beds are western style and comfortable. staff at the cafe who look after this rental are sweet. there a washing machine.

the WiFi was unreliable. it didn’t work for most of my group. there are several restrictions around cooking although there is a substantial kitchen. it’s quite far from town 25-40 mins walk. several rooms are out of bounds which feels unwelcoming. showers/bathing facilities are dated. though there’s a washing machine there’s no drier which was stressful in bad weather. we booked last minute and it was very expensive given the facilities.

It's facing Mt Fuji 😀. Many bedrooms so there's no need to fight over.

Only 1 shower room so we had to take turn to shower. To consider changing the check out time to 11am instead of 10am just like any hotels.

The view outside the window. The quiet town and the cosy home. Very roomy space. Very good for big family.
