I didn't like anything from this place

This pace is not very clean and not recommended at all. The building is ancient, not as in the picture.

Good breakfast. Homely serviced.

The balcony was dirty, with a used coffee cup left there for days. Throughout our stay, no one came to clean the room. The kitchen was also unclean, with a clogged sink and stained, dirty coffee cups. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Most concerning, the AC leaked all night, leaving the floor soaked by morning—my mom nearly slipped and fell. There was construction work going on at the property which was very noisy the whole time. Not exactly what you would expect when you go to a place to relax. While the property itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, the poor maintenance significantly impacted our overall experience.

Very very Peaceful and Relaxing. The Homestay is just right opposite the beach. You can clearly hear the ocean waves. VERY BEAUTIFUL….. The Aunty who prepare breakfast was awesome. We asked few cups of tea and coffee and they just prepare with a smiling face. The Owner is very cool person.

There’s no shops nearby.

Very friendly, service-oriented staff. Arun in particular was very good, eager to help.. The place is tastefully done up and has very positive vibes.

All the properties on the stretch where this facility is located should get together and organize very regular clean-up efforts to keep the beach free of plastic and other trash that wash up on the rocks. They could also plant appropriate shrubs. This will add tremendous value and attraction to the location. Otherwise, the ambience will have a depressing feel.

Good for 1 night stay before or after airport. The room was basic but had everything we needed. Good AC. Free shuttle to the airport. Can’t comment on the breakfast because we had an early morning flight.

Laundry service is calculated a bit strange. It’s charged per item not per kg (20rs big item, 15rs small item). Instead of calculating it then telling you the price, they give you your clean laundry back and make you count it all up infront of them. Can get quite expensive when you’re being charged 15rs per sock.
