Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort & Villas

I called prior to setup the room for my anniversary, and came in with it looking as needed. The pool villas are great, spacious, private pool and spa, and everything needed nearby. Was great waking up every morning, walking 10 steps and dipping into a pool only for me and my partner. The service is great, the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Been to Thailand before, and I know some hotel staff are a little arrogant and angry towards tourists (e.g. some bar staff at Ark Bar), but everyone here is friendly and happy to assist you. The check-in process could have run a little smoother, but in the end we got the room when we arrived and it was setup to how I needed. We sat in a nice air conned room with refreshments as they got our details ready etc. The only hiccup I felt was needing to send them a few details when I thought they would have had it already, and at the time, it made me feel anxious if they had the room decorated, but all in all, everything went well. The bathroom was clean and looked nice, only thing is, we started getting a strange smell but we ignored it and left the door open to the air, didn't bother us too much but just wanted to point it out. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it, as a great hotel and not too far from the central tourist location. It's about a 100thb for two persons to the main chaweng beach area and is right at the end of the beach, so everything feels really private and quiet.

We got upgrad to a room with plung pool near the beach wonderful room so I don't no to tell how is the other room The stuff is great very helpful and friendly The breakfast is good and you can make your own fresh pineapple guice and more You have a nice beach and it is very quiet because it a litel far from the center of chaweng The pool is not so big and at the morning ours it is the children Time but it's not so crowded You have the olivetto restaurant that has good food and not far from the hotel you have a beech restaurant that have a good food and not so expensive Definitely recommend if you are looking for a quite and peaceful vacation

Loved this hotel! The room was beautiful especially the pool villa. The buffet breakfast included had so many options and was delicious and the beach near the hotel was the most amazing beach we've ever been to! We just got married and the hotel was so gracious for our honeymoon giving us a bottle of champagne and a floral bouquet upon our arrival. Definitely a great place and can't wait to go back again!! Highly recommend

Great beach, great pool (you will use it since you need to walk quite a while into the sea until the water is deep enough to swim), nice room and only 3 km from the airport, that is far enough that the airplanes (taking off and landing) will not disturb you. The food is the usual tourist quality food at tourist prices like in most places on the island. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, shops close by to explore.

The hotel is not clean and what they promise is far away from the reality.bad small in the room

Room was dirty. The bathroom was aged and looked like it hadn't had a good clean for a long while.

It was great place, loved the staff they were very friendly and housekeeping were wonderful. The only fault was the GM of Baan Haad Ngam. She approached me at the breakfast buffet saying I need to leave and get changed because it was breakfast. I was wearing a long top over my bikinis that covered everything and the buffet is on the beach next to a pool. They have no dress code presented and other women were walking around in their bikini or see through dresses in the restaurant.. So she just made me feel very uncomfortable for no reason don't know why she targeted me and make me feel conscious of what I wear around that place.

They put mosquito repellent in the rooms and you have a mosquito net to drop around your bed, I didn't have an issue with the mosquitos. However when sitting at the restaurant they had bees swarm us and you could tell that they have been a problem there, find the nest! Otherwise, real good service and hospitality right when we got there and free lift to the airport were awesome. Location isn't great, but not bad.

From start to finish of our 5 day stay we were very happy.
