Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort & Villas

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. The location is great with restaurants and shops everywhere. The view and Pool are second to none. The walk on the beach is amazing with a number of restaurants and activities. The restaurant is nice with an amazing view, free breakfast every day and great service. If you’re a person that doesn’t just stay in the hotel the whole time you will love this place

Would not reccommend this resort, everything is very old, mold on bath and shower and water taps. Room not thoroughly cleaned. Service was okay, reception were helpful and friendly; restaurant staff were friendly at night, but mornings are different, they also dont want you so sit inside with ac, breakfast was also not good. There were flies on the food and made us only eat fruit in mornings. You also have to pay for a cappuccino because its not included in breakfast. I would not recommend this resort, i dont agree on the over all rating of the resort.

Very nice boutique resort. A little older and could use some updates but one of the nicest in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Delixe Pool Villa which was well worth the additional cost. Private pool and jacuzzi, amazing room. The restaraunt on site is a little pricey, and not very good food, but there a ton of other bars and restaraunts within walking distance, you're able to walk along the beach all the way into town. We never took a taxi anywhere.

The private pool Villa was nice and had a 4.5star feel to it. Some minor maintanence needed in parts but nothing major. Tony the security guard was a laugh and very friendly. Overall a good stay at a beautiful resort.

Awesome breakfast and breathtaking view! The grounds are very well kept. Get the airport shuttle, it's really convenient. There's shuttle service to Central. We walk along the beach back to the hotel. There's an Italian restaurant on site, which has really good food. We ended up eating there both nights.

It is one of the best hotels In Chaweng beach. Staff are nice , breakfast is so lovely and olivio my favorites place at all the time , love Samui beCause of ba an Haad nigem Thank you for your great service.

the stairs for the second floor are dangerous hi hit the wall almost every time with my shoulder the hotel give only one big key that turn on the electricity , the reception is far so.... really uncomfortable and disturbing . (What about smart card ?it's new technology ;)) I booked a room with free pick up from airport it's only airport!!! Not pier or ferry (the airport is 4 min drive only, didn't agree to take us to pier so if u keep moving to difrent island by sea this servise is no need) the pool is great the hotel food is great . fix the small things...
