Positive - great location which pier nearby and town centre - good hygiene - nice food in restaurant with great view Negative - no hot water supply

Need to provide mosquitoes coil for the outdoor jacuzzi in the villas.

Photos are really different from reality. Really poor service. The staff is really unfriendly. You can't order a soda when the restaurant is close. The hotel refuse to call local taxi but only offer hotel taxi (triple price from local taxi). The staff will try to charge lot of extra whenever they can.

I would like to thank you to guard man name Mr Tony for being an extra mile service. To hotel staff none of them satisfy me with their services especially when my partner wanted to rent a bike from the hotel. Staff shouldnt let a guest to wait for approval upon facilities they have. Service should be fast with their knowledge. We have to rent a bike from hotel where we use to stay there on our 1st n 2nd visit to Koh samui.This is our 3rd time visit koh samui and we want to try others hotel or villas for our staycation. Room cleaning is very good but the housekeeping top up a torn brown sugar packet n didnt top up packets of coffee (1 of the 4 days stay)

Had a great 3 night stay with my wife. Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious villa. My only complaint was that we weren't allowed to eat in the air conditioned dining room. Apparently this is reserved for VIP guests. Disappointed

A little bit far from the center

The hotel grounds are very nice. Great pool with beautiful views. Nice restaurant with great breakfast included, but their drinks (even during happy hour) and food are outrageously expensive. Not the hotel's fault, but the power in that area of the island went out for about 6 hours one day and our room was next to the emergency generator which was very loud. Also, we are non-smokers, but it seemed like everyone else staying at the hotel was a smoker, so everywhere we went (lobby, pool, breakfast) we were surrounded by smoke, which was unpleasant. Lots of kids staying at the resort, so the pool area would get loud during the day too. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

I like the staff breakfast over there the location the reception was so smiley and welcome, and the things I don't like it in this property when I was there I see a spider and cockroach they did not change the shampoo and the soup.
