The rooms needs a facelift and upgrade.

Overall, the waterpark is the nicest feature of the hotel, but the rooms need to be completely updated and properly cleaned. As soon as you walked into the room, there is a heavy scent of mildew and dirty carpet, the bathroom door had a lot of water damage along the bottom; and AC in the room was extremely old and rattled and made weird noises throughout the night.

We had a great time at the water park. Most of the staff was really nice, however, there was one front desk lady that was sort of rude and came off short and inconvenienced. The fact that you don't get fresh towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, Kleenex, garbage bags, etc. unless you go ask for it at the front desk was a bit irritating.eapecially for the amount of money you pay for your stay.

It’s older & unkept. Lots of little issues. Bathroom vents very loud (ended up switching rooms & it was the same in both), toiletries were half used, room keys didn’t work on first attempt, TV remote broken but still worked- had to have staff come in the room to get TV to work (but couldn’t type in #s), had to switch rooms due to both air conditioners not working, phone cord not working so had to go down to lobby, freezer door missing, so ice cream melted all over (we didn’t notice till too late), Pack n Play was provided, but filthy. Lobby was dirty- food on floor @ 6:00 AM, windows dirty, mounted animals missing some appendages, hallway & arcade were extremely hot. On the positive- although the waterpark is dated, it is great for little ones. The bartender was extremely helpful after seeing us carry in a birthday ice cream cake. Overall, it’s time for an upgrade. For the price, it was definitely not worth it.

Our room wasn't ready until about 5:30pm when check-in was listed as 4pm. We arrived to a very hot room that never really cooled down. We were told they had no other suites open and we eventually moved to a new smaller room with working A/C. The overall cleanliness of the waterpark area was poor. Some of the arcade games either took tokens and didn't start, or didn't give tickets when earned. The microwave at the concession stand also didn't work when wanted to order food by the pool. We will not be back.

Bartender on Sunday closed out her drawer at 8pm when bar supposed to be closed at 10.had a attitude and said she could not make any drinks.been to better resorts for 200 bucks a night. This place 350 a night.

No daily clean towels, toilet paper, in room coffee etc. Only available with 24 hour notice.

We were in town for Packers Training Camp. We have stayed here in years prior. The Hotel seems to be going downhill. It is in need of some updating for sure.

We were coming for a funeral and originally asked for an early check-in, 3 instead or 4. Was told it was not possible which we were fine with. When we arrived at 4, we were told that neither of our rooms were ready, we should check back in 30 minutes. At 4:30, our rooms were still not ready, asked if there was a room we could use temporarily, cousins wanted to have a little pool time. Answer was no, sorry. We had to wait in the lobby until 6:30, no one explained the delay, said there were no managers around and house keeping didn’t speak English. No one ever came to speak to our group, we had to go to the desk and they had no answers. Unfortunate way to start our trip.
