Very nice

I never took no pictures to nothing but the thing do have a really bad smell coming from her and the carpets coming up the stairs it's really nasty I wanted to swim outside and the swimming was closed no one told me that before I booked my stay

Loved it!

Breakfast was awful, food was cold and pancakes / french toast were rock hard. Warm juice and NOT cheap!

Although check-in was guaranteed by 4pm, we weren't able to check in until almost 6pm. When we came to check in at 4:45 the front desk told us it would be about 5 minutes. It was clearly much longer. Instead of the front desk staff keeping us updated on the check in process, we had to keep revisiting the front desk to check on the status of our room. We were offered free breakfast when I asked about how we would be compensated for having to wait so long but this was not noted on our account and we had to revisit the issue while checking out.

Need to clean better also need to update water park and most of games were broke

The worst smell throughout the hotel and room itself, air conditioning would not keep up, broken drawers in the hotel room, drawers covered in broken up mud, holes in the sheet, doors would not shut to the rooms unless you slammed them shut, key cards stopped working before check out, refrigerator didn’t work well, at the water park only room charge or cash accepted, in the gaming area half the games wouldn’t work properly and didn’t give tickets or ate our children’s money. Overall just a terrible experience we had such high hopes for this place. When requesting a resolution for the troubles I was advised there’s nothing that can be done.

Not an ideal property for the cost. I honestly would like a refund for the poor service and accommodations.
