Tundra Lodge

Highly disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was not available. One of the biggest reasons I chose Tundra Lodge.

Very nice

We have stayed multiple times. The initial front desk staff that I dealt with while checking when we arrived was not a friendly face rather seemed annoyed by me asking her to do her job. This is the 3rd time we have interacted with her and each time she has been less than helpful and just downright rude. This time our rooms we're ready an hour and a half after the posted check in time. She couldn't tell me when it would be ready and slapped some wrist bands for the water park down on the counter and said we could go there to wait if we wished. It appeared her superior that was working with her stopped her had me come down to her where she was able to refresh the available rooms and not only a room for me was ready but also a few other guests. Upon entering our room, everything was damp and the air was humid. AC was on, window was open and the carpeting was still saturated from a recent cleaning. We shut the window, and turned the heat and fan on at a low temperature and after a couple of hours at the water park it was a bit better in the room and at least tolerable to sleep in.

Staff had computer issues I believe. So we could not get through for service in the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I’m
