Tundra Lodge

The room we stayed in must have just had the floors shampooed. The floor was wet and the bedding damp. The whole room had a musty smell to it. The receptionist at check in wasn't nice. Our room wasn't ready at check-in. It was finally ready 2 hours later.

The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. Time to update them. The blanket for the pull-out couch was very thin. Being next to the air conditioner, it was not warm enough. Could not turn it off or others would have been too warm. Very nice hotel, staff was great, great walking distance to Lambeau Field, and we were on a nice quiet floor.

I had reserved rooms for our children and their families - it was a mini vacation - the rooms were ok - the only mis step was the rooms i booked with an extra bunk bed room. I assumed the bunks were twin size - they were not! My grandchildren were 9 and 11 - the beds were for more like 5 and 3 year olds! The Waterpark and arcade were very nice - the only really bad experience was the breakfast buffet. On their web site they said we could order off a menu - but all they had was the buffet - we should have walked out when we saw the foid - but we already had our coffee - the eggs were inedible, there were two slices of bacon, they did come with ham - we had to ask for fruit, the pancakes were rock hard - we had to make our own, my son-in-law had to ask for a bagel - all this for only $14.95 a person! It was absolutely terrible!

Within minutes of walking into our room with all of our stuff, the fire alarm went off. There was also a tornado warning, but they didn't clear the pool until 15 minutes later, after my husband came down to tell us that it had already passed (not super close). Then they cleared everyone out, only to tell us 3 minutes later time had passed and we could go back in. The breakfast buffet was not amazingly warm or impressive. Dinner was good. Kids enjoyed the waterpark. Proximity to Lambeau field a plus.

Do not stay there! Policy depends on who is working. Constantly get the run around. Days later I’m getting random charges to my account. Never charged anything to my room. Called, no one answers or calls me back. They charge me refund me partial, charge me again. Wrist bands per room are limited to four people even though six was on the reservation and have to pay fees for six people (makes no sense) so you’ll have to pay extra for more than four regardless of it being on your reservation. The staff are not friendly in our constantly in conflict with what another staff says. They do not have staff for their restaurants or bars so you cannot eat at the restaurant or bar if there’s more than three tables already there they told us that we’d have to order room service when we called and asked about it. We got hung up on found a pamphlet that said if we need room service that we have to pay a fee to be delivered and 18% gratuity for the delivery Even though we did not have a choice to sit at the restaurant. Complete fraud waste of time waste of money. Stay away!

Convenient to Lambeau field plus additional activities for a fun weekend

i don’t see how i’m getting charged for something i didn’t even go to and when i try to cancel it you guys didn’t let me

Food was great. My grandson enjoyed the arcade and the water park.
