Very friendly staff at every stage- front office,reception,security

We had booked a business class room thinking the quality of the room will be better but the room wall had paint peeling off and ink marks on the wall. The toilet flooded the bathroom when it was used. Bathroom sink was clogged and even after calling front desk to fix it, it never was fixed. The place was always loud like fish market, kids were running around and shouting at each other but no one from staff bothered to ask them to stop even after we complained about noise to front desk. All in all this place was a dump.

Very nice hotel, well located, amazing staff, very happy with the breakfast and chef who would go to Amy length to accommodate our taste, staff are amazing. Very nice room , only drawback is the horrible drain smell in the bathroom

I stayed in “business room” which had broken knobs in the shower! The room was moody and had a smell. Staff were highly courteous and efficient. WiFi could do better.

All ok except theit coffee

I always stay at this hotel so I like it, however, it does not need facilities do over. The infrastructure is getting old now !!!!!

It was a nice stay at this hotel. I recommend this hotel for anyone who thinks they need a peaceful stay.

Awesome stey experience

Good for big families and nice location. They also have a good spread for breakfast. Food is excellent!

This was the most pathetic hotel I have ever seen. They call themselves 5 Star, but they are not even a 2 Star hotel. Zero Covid protocol. Poorly and very casual staff, who were argumentative. Rooms have paint peeling of because of damp. We checked out within 15 minutes of checkingin. Looby is dingy. People roaming in the lobby and the hotel with no masks, and the hotel placed profits over lives. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
