Was a very pleasant stay and welcome return to Radisson Varanasi. Although it is an old hotel and there are newer ones close by, it's the one I prefer to stay in.

"Comfortable hotel in central Varanasi"

Attentive staff, pleasant and comfortable furnishings throughout, dining room has good buffet meals and a la carte menu, nice small gym and outdoor area around pool. In room dining also good.

"Only plus point is that we had place to stay"

Not good. As we entered hotel we had good feeling that now we are at reddisson. I have requested for connecting room and was being told by manager thta shortly it will be done but for two days no body responded. when we entered in wash room , it was very badly managed and no tap was working properly. infact i was surprised to see the comod seat it was very close to wall and facing towards wall itself. I figured out wih very difficulty that how to use that. My kids used swimming pool but it was very much ill maintained. not body was there ... overall it was not wotrth for money,, i spend ~39000 INR in two days was regretting.

If your heading to Varanasi stay here. Fabulous location in the city centre. All the staff were fantastic they made our stay great.

"Hotel information is not accurate"

1. I booked a king bed and got twin bad. No availability of king bed. This was disappointing. 2. There is no shuttle to airport complimentary or otherwise. The description online is incorrect. I had to book taxi. Expedia should validate with hotel and make effort publish accurate information. 3. This hotel is max 1 star. There was no in room dining menu and when I asked the reception. They sent a person with a torn menu and that person pushed his way inside my room to search for the room menu. Then apologised and left. All along while I had just woken up. After this experience, I just packed and left without breakfast. 4. The dinner place was horrible. The food was stale and spice levels were crazy. Whether you eat veg or non veg, the marination and spices were the same. 5. Staff is arrogant and oblivious to your presence. 6. Avoid this hotel
