No hot water on last day

The property was roomy, comfortable beds and lounge, kitchen had everything you need as well as the laundry house was fitted out great. The balcony was magnificent with birds singing, kangaroos in the paddock and other animals (all harmless) as well 🤩

Fly screen to the balcony needs replacing or repair, for the money paid just needs a third bedroom. The activity centre was below average, we had to clean it up… pool and tennis table ball’s strewn across the floor along with cues, nets and paddles and rackets not to mention tennis table net broken so couldn’t play and the pool table badly damaged

I like the location. Rooms were very clean. Nice books and games collection.

1. There was issue with hot water supply. After talking to reception, it was resolved (it was inconvenient due to cold weather.) 2. Suggestion - to provide dishwasher and vacuum cleaner.

Kitchen Utensils very old & rusty Main bedroom was very bright, curtains not the best to block out sun early morning

Good location between Albany and Denmark. Nice beach 2 minutes away. Comftable beds and showers are great with lots of hot water. The house is called Firetail.

The house needs some TLC. and a good clean. I don't think the windows have been cleaned in years. The grocery, cutlery, and pots and pan's are old, stained, and a collection from an Opshop. The sofa has been fixed with gaffa tape and it looked like somebody had picked it up of the road from a bulk rubbish collection. The main bathroom has a spa bath. However, wasn't sure if it was cleaned/disinfected, so we didn't use it. Also, this bathroom didn't have any window coverings, and as it was pointing to the main road in the estate, we couldn't shower, etc, with the lights on as not a privacy glass but glass bricks. Overall, very disappointed considering we paid $2300 for 4 nights.

Great location. cottages very roomy, nicely set up to be private from the others.

Gardens could do with some maintenance, and so could the driveway.
