Location, the chalets were lovely !

There was still food left over in the couches, crumbs and spills on them which made us feel uncomfortable to sit on them.

Love the house and 3 bedrooms and the house amenities were great. There were air cond in the living room that make summer bearable. Big TV and the internet were great facilities too. The kitchen is sufficient for us to cook daily.

The house facilities seem not looked after (tennis court , game room ) and cafe/ restaurant were closed. But all in all, it was great.

Cosy Corners (Blue Wren Accommodation) The accommodation was significantly unclean and did not match the advertised photos/standards, particularly the claimed 8.1 cleanliness rating & booking.com’s high quality rating which is falsely misleading. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple cleanliness issues, including, but not limited to: * Dirty and poorly maintained walls and skirting boards * Lounge room rug with gum squished into it * A toilet with visible stains and poor hygiene standards * Broken/damaged front-door upon arrival * Hair/toothpaste/grime in shower * Dust and grime buildup on furniture and appliances * Unclean bedding and kitchenware, forcing me to use my own sheets/ cutlery/plates * Fly screen bedroom door on the ground outside as per photo * Broken glass at the front door entrance These conditions made our stay highly uncomfortable and unacceptable - given the amount of money ($230 per night) we handed over to stay here including limited availability in the area - we had no option but to stay. It is also baffling as per photo, that you can request a cleaning service for $50 - the apartment should already have been cleaned, it is an absolute scam. We had to clean the accomodation ourselves & have left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. This accomodation should be taken down or severely adjusted to match the disgrace that it’s being left in & not blindside

I asked them to do some decorations for when we arrive as I went for a friends birthday and they did a great job

The property was beautiful and quiet. It was 25 kms out of Albany. Had everything that is required such as washing machine, dryer and all everyday utilities. Had a homely feeling. Enjoyed the stay a lot.
