Cosy Corner by the BnB Collection

Location was lovely, accommodation was clean, spacious and functional for our family, Views of ocean. Kids loved the rec room and tennis court. Check in and communication was quick and easy. Loved the complimentary wine and cookies!

Would have likes an aircon in main bedroom and blackout curtains. Unfortunately couldn't enjoy a well deserved sleep in, it was very bright by 5:30am and very got very warm early in morning.

The privacy and quiet peaceful location. The welcome pack of lovely biscuits and wine was a lovely touch. The ample amount of big fluffy towels was wonderful especially when travelling with young children and a baby. The kids loved going over to the tennis court and play room they had a blast hitting the tennis balls around. Being less than 3 mins drive from an absolutely stunning beach ⛱️ 😍

It was hard to find the unit as there isn't a sign or post to show the layout of the driveway area. The unit was in a lovely quiet location but you couldn't leave the doors or windows open in some of the rooms as the flyscreens are missing and with only one aircon unit in the whole apartment it was not adequate to cool the apartment in the peak summer heat. Leading to a very hot uncomfortable night.... The fridge unit is old and missing many shelves especially in the door it also froze our fresh fruit and vegetables within hours of being placed into the fridge. The absolute worst part of the apartment was one of the minor rooms in which our young children where staying had a lock on the inside of the door not a privacy lock that you can just open with a butter knife or coin but an actual keyed lock that you can't open from the outside without the correct key ...which is not provided..the only key given opens the front entrance lock, we spent over an hour with a very scared and reluctant 4yr old locked inside this room... The main bathroom has a lovely deep basin/sink in it that would have been perfect to bath our 2 month old baby in but it doesn't have a plug we tried all the plugs in the unit and not one fit that sink? For accommodation that is supposed to be family friendly it really let us down in a few areas. Overall we had a good time and made it work the best we could.

The bird bath and birds

The ridiculous 8 min detour that we had to do every time we came and went from the property and not once was there any sign of anyone working on the closed road. Prior warning of this would have helped.

Only the comfort of the beds. Was a quiet area.

Everything. Spider webs everywhere. Dirty windows. Gereneral maintenance has not been done for quite sometime. As soon as entered the premises had to clean fridge handle and surrounds. Dirty marks on walls. Cold showers, which especially wasnt good for my ederly parents. Messy garden beds. Stains all over the dinning table. (Water) ? Grill oven and microwave on trolley with wheels, not suitable for children. When using small grill on trolley the power tripped twice,, so couldn't use it.

Well equipped 2 bedroom cottage. Beds were comfortable

Nothing so much as I didn't like the place itself but you need to be well prepared for meals if you don't want to drive 30 minutes in either direction to Albany or Denmark for a meal or supplies. The Cafe on site is permanently closed and looking for tenants, so being able to stroll down even for a morning breakfast wasn't possible. Cottages are closer to each other than what images make out, although it didn't affect our stay. Currently there are road closures so dirt road detours were necessary. So just to be aware.

Backyard view very nice. Master room is very comfortable and has a good size.

Carpet smelly needs to be carpet cleaning in bedrooms.

easy with the keybox, security and very convenient

a bit far from city center, and the road work nearby took longer. so it took 30 mins drive for lunch/dinner.

Accommodation was in a fantastic location, check in was easy, the Chalet was amazing, roomy and views were amazing.
