Hyatt Place Daytona Beach-Oceanfront

The price and the location were good

The room was dirty, the shower had no water pressure. The door to the shower was like moving a cinder block

The rooms needed maintenance. Lights and electrical outlets did not work, and the HVAC did not function correctly. Not what I expected at a Hyatt Hotel.

The room lacked basic amenities like balcony chairs, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. Specifically, the 6th floor had a foul odor of garbage near the elevator. Lastly, it’s important to note that the hotel lacks a full-service restaurant, offering only breakfast, which was disappointing." For $350 a night, I expected at least a clean environment,

Location

Staff not so friendly! First room 4th floor next to barking dogs! Second room 8th floor long elevator wait times. Musky smell in room AC not working well and hot hallway outside room.

The location.. right at the beach

Parking was horrible, water pressure was very low, rooms need to be updated. Balcony doesn’t have chairs for you to sit on. Beds are very uncomfortable . The hotel is very hot. A/C not the best. Shower heads can’t be adjusted
