La Creole Beach Hôtel & Spa

Nice pool and beach area. Padded chaise lounges would have made it better but it wasn't bad. I did not eat there, except for breakfast, so I cant comment on the food in the other restaurant areas.. Good rum drinks at the bar. My room was comfortable. Inconvenient location for the elevators if staying in rooms close to sea. Pretty good overall.

Staff was very nice. Only problem was that the hotel did not have water the afternoon/evening of December 13 and the morning of December 14.

Everything was clean and the beachfront was beatiful. The food was excellent at the Buffet. We would have liked more info on things to do and places to eat outside the resort.

We waited for over 2 hrs after checkin for our room. They ended up giving us a different room than the one we were originally assigned. The room was not as expected. Expedia said there would be 3 king beds. There was one king bed and one pull out bed. We called down to reception and they said they would call back. They never did. Then when we asked for bedding for the pull out bed they said some would be sent out. Nothing ever arrived. There was only scalding hot water, no cold and The toilet wouldn’t flush. Very expensive hotel for a rotten experience!

Friendly Staff and excellent food at the restaurant

Apparently it is a 4 star hotel, but it isn't. The room had bad smell, the air conditioner didn't work, the toilet liqued water on the floor of the bathroom, the structure of the hotel was in bad condition in general, we only spent 1 night fortunately.

The seafood restaurant was excellent!! Bathroom was weird with no bath tub and open shower, plus no where to hang your towel after showering.

very service minded and friendly staff. very good breakfast. The bedroom, especially the shower does not reflect in the price per nightwear room (disappointing)

The hotel is great. You have to be patient as service is very slow , they are under staffed at front desk , the hotel is huge , walking from the room to the reception may take up to 5 minutes , and a lot of stairs . Elevators don’t work . They barely speak any English , most staff members speak only French . The concierge is very helpful but there is always a line . I must mention we came for Christmas /New Year break and the island was shut down from a 1.5 year till October 8th due to Covid and it must be their first busy week .
