La Creole Beach Hôtel & Spa

The yard was nice. The overall look nice even though too dark for me the lobby etc .rooms spacious... breakfast are nice. Breakfast good ... bathroom had huge ants from the minute we entered. Also has a roach. And 2 spiders in the curtains ...most staff was very nice. Except one big last at the breakfast area who was making the eggs and one other who was a waitress....also 3 times in the6 days stay they knocked real hard on the door in the afternoon and before who could open they were already inside. IMPOSSIBLE for such s high priced motel not to have a sign outside.. whether not to be disturbed...or ok to clean ...How is this possible????

great location , nice grounds , great staff , very friendly and prompt service. we had a mini suite #2470 , with the best view possible on the ocean. the room could be refurbished a bit , but the bed was fantastic. the wasag restaurant is a great place , i highly recommend the tuna carpaccio with foie gras!! we went twice in 3 nights after being so disappointed in a so call creole restaurant that was awfull in town !!

The ocean, nice swimming pool and complete equipped bedroom.

What is unique about this hotel is that all the employees are so nice, polite, always greet you with a smile... make you feel comfortable staying in the hotel. Restaurant food is very good and price is reasonable. I have good experience with this hotel and I will return to it again.

Location of property is very good for accessing anything s person wants to see in Guadeloupe and the lobby and bar area is really nice and easy to hang around at. The beach is small and crowded and the rooms are sparse, but cleaned. I am mixed

Very nice property with extensive pool area, sweet beach, restaurant serving three buffets a day, and music on many nights. For the most part, the staff spoke English, which was very helpful for a U.S. visitor. Ingrid at the Reception was a standout in her assistance to me. The area doesn't have much to offer, but with so much to do at the resort, it didn't matter. And it was easy to explore the island from the property with several rental car agencies next door. Only complaint I have is the poor sound proofing between rooms. I could hear all activity in the room next door, from snoring to the TV, etc. I had none of the experiences others complained about. My room overlooked a tree-filled courtyard (which gave privacy) and the New Orleans french-style balcony was perfect for taking in the night air. The bar area was beautiful and the music was great for dancing with a big crowd Friday and Saturday. Would stay here again!

Property is very clean. The stuff cleaning from early morning to the night. But the beach is not so useable. The water is everywhere up to the knees, a lot of the rocks and seagrass. No swiming. Thr pool is very good. Have to have an euro money. There is just one small boutique.

I want to say that cleaning staff and waiters were all wonderful and nice. The BIG problem we had was with the more senior staff who were at times downright hostile. An example: my wife and two daughters wanted lunch and I told the woman at the check-in that I want going to eat but would sit with my family. She told me I had to wait outside while they ate. I eventually convinced her to let me sit wih them at their table for 4.... I had this type of experience all too often . This was at the massive buffet restaurant.

Overall expensive. Very expensive. Buffet was 40 euro per person. And room generally overpriced BUT the hotel itself is VERY nice. Has everything you could want and would def go again. But def expensive and they CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING
