Nice kitchen with everything you need, nice bed and bathroom

The door of the balcony can not open, and there is no windows. So the apartment gets zero fresh air. Also the aircon did not work

Great location

The reception staff. The fact that I had to wait for the key despite being there at the appointed time. THE FACT THAT THEY DEMANDED A R2000.00 DEPOSIT on arrival. No mention of that in your advertisement of the property. IT TOOK NEARLY 2 WEEKS TO RECOVER THE DEPOSIT. The dishwasher stank. The bed linen was not clean. Definitely will not book this unit again.
