Aircon did not work and knives were blunt

It was easy to collect the keys at arrival. It was very difficult to check out. It was late and disorganized.

The person responsible for check-out arrived 45 minutes late and with no sense of urgency. I was late for my meeting because of this. The refrigerator door does not close. there is no emergency light in the bedrooms other than the torch in the kitchen. The AC doesn't seem to be working at all.

Clean, friendly and close to waterfront

Loved everything about the apartment it was quaint, well equipped and location was great for us plus the views from the mini balcony were lovely. Yolanda and Valerie wwee

That we couldnt stay longer

There was no breakfast. Upon checking in the AC was not working, They got it fixed in 2-3 hours. Then next day it stopped again and again it was fixed. The dish washer does not work and the host never once responded when I said dishwasher does not work. The place is decent with basic good facilities. Besides that if one does not expect much is ok. No Housekeeping no towels replaced. There is a washing machine so you do your laundry.

AC did not work. Dishwasher Did not work AC was fixed, The host never responded to the dishwasher. They did send a bowl of fruit as an apology gesture for the issues I had. Lot of fixtures were broken, Lights were broken did not work ( which was fixed when told ) yet they do not check throughly I was given wet towels although they had a cupboard full of dry towels. No hand wash was provided, I had to ask for it. For 7 day stay they kept 2 tissue rolls. So all in all a supplies are low you expected to book and then go to buy all.

Off milk from July know the fridge that made us sick. Because we didn't think to check. Please add to my review. No detail to attention. Pathetic
