The location and the luxury appeal and decor of the establishment

Room was quite small and insufficient cupboard space

Location was great lovely restaurants on the ground level of the apartments

The bed was old, uncomfortable and noisy the bed sheets was below standard. The walls are very thin (drywall) can hear everything from the corridors neighbours etc. We had no cleaning service during our 4 day stay. DSTV does not work only Netflix. The bedroom was the biggest disappointment.

the property is centrally located and you could walk to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the promenade for a walk . reception was really good since there is actually a reception desk so check in and out was a breeze. Clean and comfy and really good value for money. Also safe parking space and a really good coffee shop !

The location.

The maintenance of the apartment is sadly lacking. Lights that don’t work, Door in lounge does not close, etc. The mattress needs replacement and so do the pillows. Important to note that the bedroom has no window, something I simply detest.

neat and compact

lots of maintenance issues - from the toilet seat to the darkness of the apartment (only one window) to the lack of crockery and the kitchen cabinets hindering the use of appliances. The owner needs to spend a day there with a few screw drivers to sort out the problems (we gave Happiness a list on our final day so there is complete transparency as to the issues)

Cleanliness and state of the second set of linen was not very good

did not realise it was one bedroom and a sleeper couch. made it very uncomfortable and compact for three people to share.

The senary we liked. The unit was very comfortable. Staff very friendly.
