Great location close to lifts and restaurants.

Prefer toilet in the room over a share bathroom but it’s not something that would stop me going again.

Hospitality of staff and community feel of accommodation

Most of the staff were lovely

The games room was not usable .. everything broken or not in working order. We also had a room with water leaks in the ceiling so had to put buckets around the room as there were no spare rooms available- staff were very apologetic. There is no kitchen to use to cook your own meals

Min walk to Happo one and value for money

No bathroom and rooms are not really sound proof.

Dry room space was a little bit small for full capacity.

I stayed here for a week and really felt at home the whole time. All the management and staff are great; welcoming, cheerful, attentive and competent. My room was clean and cozy with charming views and sometimes I could even watch snow monkeys in the trees from the window. There’s great access to lifts, short walks to restaurants and shops and the hotel do plenty of shuttle services for buses, trains, shopping and nightlife.

We loved our stay here, friendly staff and great location.

Location is good and breakfasts are great.

Our room wasn’t very well cleaned, very loud where our room was located.

Appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was also delicious.

Being really nit picky here, but wish one was able to ta-q-bin skis or luggage from the hotel.
