One of the workers child was screaming loud early in the morning outside door. She woke me up screaming so loudly.

I liked the room and was impressed on how clean it was. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and supplied us with extra due to my request.

The parking lot was alittle small, so trying to find parking was a challenge. The ice machine was down. The breakfast was not what I was expecting. The room was clean, however, I noticed the sink showed signs of wear and tear with the paint chipping in the tub and sink and what looked like mold on the sink drainer. The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom, i couldn't tell if it was going out or if that it works due to the sound. It would consistently cut on and cut off.

The friendliness of the staff, and how easy it was to get help. Miss Debra knows the history of Marshall better than I do!!!!!

Nothing...this is my favorite place to stay whenever I am in Marshall

The room was ok

I had to unplug the smoke detector because it kept going off they replaced the battery and it still was going off so it was taken out of the room and wasn't replaced while we was there also the pet fee was to high we was charged a daily fee of 25 dollars and wasn't refunded any of it I understand a pet fee if they have to be cleaned up after them if they potty in the room but our dog didn't

No one stayed there! Desk clerk would not let her stay with her dog. So she left and drove home in the dark.

The words "per friendly" on their description.

Nothing.

When I pulled up I was greeted at car saying owner said dogs ( 5 and 3 lbs) weren't welcome in the lobby. When I parked I was greeted at car and said owner said room was not guaranteed and was no longer available, leaving us stranded. When I started searching for other places this place showed available rooms. Conclusion is owner had issues with pets and made excuses. Why advertise as pet-friendly? Terrible to leave us stranded. NEVER AGAIN.
