"Very disappointed and will never stay there again"

Nothing at all . We complained the very first time night about cockroaches and was handed a tin of bug spray our electronic key card deactivated nearly every day , in fact one night we returned at 2am and it didn’t work and we went to reception and the guy couldn’t activate anew key for us so let us in with hi master key, then a few hours later at 7am he returned to our apartment banging on the door with a newly activated key also it was advertised as having a balcony and a washing machine and it had neither. We were in a ground floor apartment and the car park was full of lorries and vehicles from a local landscaping company. We paid for two weeks and moved out after one week . We rebooked with booking. Com as we always do and our second hotel was exactly what it was advertised as. We are seeking a refund for the Monday through Friday that we didn’t stay at days Inn and if it is not refunded then unfortunately we will never book through booking. Com again

"Couldn't stay here."

Had to leave within the first 15-30 min. Can't figure out how to askfor a refund.

Bug crawled on my mom. The clerk called someone right away and looked at the bug. An older man also came downstairs. Staff put a sign on the room. But the hotel couldn't cancel or refund the booking.

"I was surprised that this is a Wyndham property because it is quite run down. Staff was really nice."

It was a good price and the room was large.

This did not seem to be a Wyndham property. Room smelled like weed when we walked in.

We have stayed at a lot of Days Inns. Breakfast was very sparse!!! No plates no napkins ! Asked for napkins said didn't have. Tables were not cleaned off. Hardly anything for a diabetic person all cereal was high sugar. First morning only one container of yoghurt. No coffee no hot water. Went back after 10 min no coffee was still available. I wouldn't recommend this place !! Several people in breakfast area waiting for them to bring out more. There was still over a hour left of breakfast serving time. Also only 2 tissues in room when we arrived. Several areas were not swept in room ! Trash can in breakfast area was disgusting and hadn't. Been washed ! Very disappointing stay!
