Hilton Omaha

The room was clean, cool, and quiet. The food and drinks were a little pricy but worth it for the convenience. We had tickets to a comedy show at CHI so the location was perfect. We just walked across the skywalk. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. We stay here often and it never disappoints!

We arrived at peak check in time on a Friday night. There was a long line. Use the digital check-in if you can with a digital key.

Jaiden at the front desk was awesome!!! Amazing sense of courtesy, very professional and great sense of humor. Definitely a great employee in my wife and my opinion!!!!

The only complaint i had was very quickly resolved by the front desk. The blanket on our bed had multiple brown stains embedded in the layers when I texted the desk they sent someone up in about 30 or so minutes and changed it and remade the bed. 5☆ to them as well for correcting the situation in such a prompt and timely manner

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful and I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby.

Staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Beautiful and comfortable hotel with a great location. Free shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. A great stay at the Hilton!

It’s in a really good area and also very will styled with a lot of fictional amenities like restaurant’s, bar, cafe, fitness center and pool. All of which are very classy. Some hotel bars and restaurants seem like fast food and motel like.

The tub leaked from the faucet and I had to put a towel on the spigot to not hear the dripping all night. The air vents are poorly placed the only cool area I. The room is by the window and doesn’t move to the bed. The vents need to be moved to blow towards the Ben not to the wall. You have to open the doe pull g the handle upwards which was odd

Overall it was a great stay at Hilton Omaha. Service was friendly and the room was clean. The airport van driver Jeff H. was very friendly which was a great way to start a long travel day!

We had an amazing New Years Eve at this hotel. Very accommodating and a super clean room. Friendly staff all the way around especially front desk staff that made check in mishaps all worth the stay. We will be back!
