Portofino Island Resort

Amazing guest relations! The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we would need to start us out or first couple of nights. The agnostic is peaceful and grounds are well maintained. The resturant in die is very convenient and served a variety of delicious food and beverages. I highly recommend this resort and the resturant. The views are stunning and such a private, peaceful, area!

The room was cozy and clean. The furniture looked new. The bed was comtable.

I stayed in tower 1, suite 1405 and it was lovely!! Unfortunately, the occupants of the suite directly above me hurled an empty beer can onto my balcony that almost hit me! It was a deliberate act!!!

Over priced food

The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back.

Total joke of a resort. Horrid check-in experience - sent to the wrong room with 8 people and all their luggage and told with an attitude that we needed to come to the front desk instead of just telling us they sent us to the wrong room, wrong floor. Room is old and poorly maintained, it’s actually a running joke now to see what else doesn’t work. On-site restaurant has some of the worst service I’ve seen in years. Location is beautiful, too bad it’s so ruined by the distractingly bad economy-extended stay experience. Won’t be back.

Very nice place. Very roomy. Our 2 bedroom suite was like being at home with an amazing view. We certainly home to be able to return again.
